If this is your first time or 20th time you have rented a Bounce House these are the Following questions you should ask and get answers to BEFORE you choose a Bounce House Company....

Do you have Insurance ?

Yes, we do have Insurance. We also have all our equipment that requires inspection, inspected by the State of California / OSHA inspectors. Dealing with a company that has insurance, insures that you are dealing with a professional company. We are always educating ourselves and staff on the proper ever changing safety requirements for the industry. We provided the most safe but yet FUN forms of entertainment for your party and guest.

How does a bounce house work?

Inflatable Bounce Houses, Jumpy, Jump House, Inflatable’s whatever you call them all work the same. Both wet or dry they function by continuous airflow. A powered air blower continuously pumps air into the inflatable while it's in use, this is required because air escapes through the seams. Therefore, it's normal to hear air "hissing" out of the inflatable or see bubbles in the water slides. You'll need an electrical plug nearby or a generator to power the air blower.

Are bounce houses safe?

Yes! Commercial Grade Bounce Houses are safe, It is important that when renting a Bounce House you make sure it is a Commercial Grade Bounce House. Commercial Grade bounce houses are made from a heavy vinyl making them much more durable and much safer for you and your guest to use. Bounce houses, Water Slides, Combos are all a fun alternatives to trampolines and have become a party tradition. We have a VERY large selection of styles, layouts, colors and designs to choose from. We also have over 50 Themed panels that can turn in Bounce House or Combo into a Themed Bounce House to match your decorations.

Can I set up the inflatable anywhere in my yard? Does it have to be on grass?

Ideally it is best to set up your bounce house on a grassy area. This gives the kids a softer area entering and exiting the unit as well as allowing it to be properly staked down. The ground should be as level as possible; otherwise, kids might end up bouncing down-hill and bumping into each other. Ideally, the bounce house should be set up within 50 feet of a power outlet, since longer extension cords can increase the risk of fire hazard and/or damage to the blower. A 50 foot extension cord is included in the rental.

Can I set up the inflatable on a concrete pavement?

Yes, however, it is highly advisable to set it up on grass if possible. If you must set it up on concrete it will need to be disclosed so we are able to bring the proper equipment to be able to set it up.

How much space do I need for a bounce house?

Please see specific requirements for each unit. All our units have the dimension of the actual unit. Please allow additional space at entrances and on the back side for the air tube and blower. Also keep in mind that most Bounce Houses, Combos and waterslides have a minimum Height Requirement of 10’ but on average 15+ feet high, Water slides will be even higher as our smallest waterslide is 14’. Make sure that the area you have selected is free of tree branches, poles, wires and anything else up in the sky that would obstruct the unit.

How long does it take to set up the bounce house and take it down?

Set up time various based on unit, but typically, bounce houses, combo units and Waterslides can be set up within 15 minutes.

How many kids can use the bounce house at one time?

The number of people allowed will vary by the size of the unit and the kids' age/size/activity level (older, hyperactive kids v. younger, gentle toddlers). Also take in consideration how quickly kids move through the inflatable. On average a regular 13x13 most manufactures suggest that less than 7 jumpers at a time. Combo units are recommended for larger parties and or events. Combo Units allow for the kids to have more actives to do and tends to separate the jumpers between the different actives (ie: jumping, sliding, climbing, entering, exiting, basketball and so much more) Again, keep in mind that every unit has different actives, jumping space and layout so the number of kids charges depending on the unit.

How do the kids get safely in or out of the bounce house?

The bounces houses have a safety step that is part of the unit. Kids can crawl up into the inflatable through a small opening which also has a safety net over the entrance. When they need to exit, they will slide out feet first. An adult should be available to assist kids as needed.

Does an adult supervisor need to be present?

YES! For the safety of your children all units REQUIRE to supervised at all times. You will need to limit the number of children in the inflatable, monitor their behavior, and make sure the big kids don't over knock over the little ones.

What are the rules when using a bounce house inflatable?

Generally, no shoes or sharp objects are allowed. Avoid rough play (e.g. wrestling, hanging onto the netting, and flipping). Anyone with medical conditions should not enter (including pregnant mom). Eating or drinking inside the bounce house is not allowed. Keep children away from the blower. Ensure the electrical source is safe and stable before use.

What if the inflatable is up and it begins to rain or becomes windy?

You MUST turn off the unit at the blower unit the weather clears up. Bounce houses should not be used in poor weather conditions EVER (e.g. high winds, heavy rain, thunderstorms). A Bounce House CAN NOT be operated in winds or guest of winds 15 MPH or higher.

Will the bounce house harm my lawn?

No, during casual usage, the inflatable will not harm your lawn. Water slides may cause some damage where excess water and heavy use are present.

Can adults go in the inflatable?

Every unit has a total weight and an individual maximum weight printed on the label. It is NEVER suggest that kids and adults play in the unit together as injury could occur. However, if adults enter to monitor young toddlers or to take pictures, it should be fine. Use common sense. Most waterslide are able to accommodate both children and adults as 1 person at a time is required to go down at a time.
