Event Staffing or Attendants are available for hire !

When planning fun activities it is always a struggle to balance fun with safety. With this in mind we have experienced fun experts who are able to take the stress of safety for your guest away from you. Our highly trained staff members are experienced and only have one thing on their mind, the safety of all your guest.

How many attendants do I need for my event ?

We recommend that you allow for 1 attendant or adult for each inflatable rental or attraction. Why is this recommended ? Every inflatable manufacture requires adult supervision for each inflatable. This insured that your guest are not only using the equipment right but it also ensures that their safety in limiting the number of jumpers in at one time.

I have volunteers for my event ? Do I still need to hire event staff ?

We highly recommend that you hire at least 1 event staff to over see the volunteers. While volunteers are great in saving you money they do not always have the experience or accountability that a paid staff member would have. Time and time again we have found that events that have a lot of volunteers that are solely responsible for the safety of your guest at your event, these events are not as smooth as events that have more paid professionals. If the volunteers are not organized properly this leads to confusion, leaving their work station, not paying attention to their task, and or not showing up leaving the event's safety in jeopardy.

What can I use volunteers for at my event ?

Volunteers are always great to have at events for added safety or help. There are some items that volunteers have had great success with. These items include Carnival games , 4 way sports complex, Axe throwing, Baseball Challenge, Basketball Hoop Shoot Challenge, Football Toss, Crazy Cones, Bulls Eye, Foot Dart, Giant Human Billards, Money Machine, Skee Ball, Sumo Suits, Tag Arena, Wack a Wall and any other games or interactives where the player is not jumping on the unit. All these actives the volunteer is only required to make sure the balls or equipment stays with the units and the players are taking turns.

Volunteer is highly suggest for Extreme Rides !

Volunteer also are recommended for the extreme rides that already come with a trained operator. The volunteer is there to help asset with the line, make sure waivers are signed when required, or help assets the riders on the next available stations.

Although most of the extreme rides come with a trained professional operator, their main job and all their attention is on the riders that are currently ridding the ride. If you are expecting a large amount of attendants the volunteers can help the operator allow a constant flow of the riders to limit the time spent in line. The volunteers can also make sure that f waivers need to be signed that the riders have already signed them before riding.

What is the cost for event staff ?

The cost for event staff is $47.00 per hour. We add an additional hour for the event staff rental to cover 30 minute early arrival to get any special instructions, directions, and placement so the event staff is ready to go before the event starts. We also allow 30 minute after the event in case the event runs over a little bit. Travel time may be added on to the cost depending on the distance of travel required for the staff.
